Responsibilities

Design and developing high quality, performance and easily maintainable software.
Collaborating with cross-functional disciplines to drive design, development, testing, and release of software that enhances customer experience.
Striving for engineering excellence by helping evolve development guidelines, engineering practices, tools, and process.
Building highly optimized and performant experiences that delight our users.
Fostering data drives and experimentation approaches in everything we do.
Mentoring SWEs and SWE2.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience.
Solid technical acumen and coding skills.
Demonstrate a growth mindset and a passion for learning new technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, planning and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
Experience in building performance and scalable Web Apps is preferred.
