As a Cloud & AI Sales Leader (M2), you will lead a team of frontline managers who oversee Azure Specialists, Azure Solution Engineers and Partner Solution Sales across the SME&C segment. You will set strategic direction, drive execution excellence, and empower your managers to build significant-performing teams that accelerate Azure customer acquisition, consumption, and satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling impact across regions, aligning cross-functional priorities, and delivering business outcomes through AI transformation.

Responsibilities

As a  Cloud & AI Sales Leader in the SME&C segment, you will oversee a team of frontline managers responsible for Azure Specialists, Azure Solution Engineers, and Partner Solution Sales. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving digital transformation, customer success, and business growth through Microsoft's Cloud & AI platform.

Engage with C-level stakeholders to expand relationships and influence strategic outcomes.

Champion a business value selling approach, especially in identifying and advancing new Cloud & AI opportunities.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 11+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
Demonstrated experience selling complex, cloud-based solutions to small and medium enterprise customers.
Proven experience providing seller coaching.
Demonstrated experience driving adoption across multiple stakeholders with varying agendas.
Experience in managing channel sales complexities
Advanced English level.

Additional or preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 12+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 15+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
7+ years of people management experience.
10+ years services sales or account management experience. 
2+ years manager of managers experience. 
Expereince developing sales and business strategy options, while also being able to successfully execute plans and build advanced relationships.
Driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations and has the ability, characteristics, and determination to compete effectively against skilled and diverse competition.
Experience working cohesively with members of the Microsoft sales & services team, Microsoft partners, engineering, and marketing to solve customer and partner issues, leverage best practices, & deliver results.
Experience delivering business impact with intentional planning, driving clarity to the team with consistent coaching rhythms, removing blockers and ensuring quarterly business budget goals are met.
Experience keeping excellence in pipeline management, forecasting and driving integrated territory and budget achievement planning.
Experience driving new sales and customers using innovative approaches, leveraging partnership events, social selling (Linkedln) and networking.
Enterprise customer level experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity and security technologies, and industry standards recommended.
Demonstrated sales and partner management experience with executive communications, engagement and influence  Experience with complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Holden, etc.) and sales methodologies
