About the Role

At fal, our Enterprise Account Managers guide some of the world’s most innovative organizations through their Generative Media transformation. In this role, you will be fal's first go-to-market (GTM) hire dedicated to the China & APAC region operating in a remote-first based out of Sydney, Australia. This role is for a Mandarin & English Speaking GTM account manager.

You will be specifically responsible for managing and growing relationships with fal's largest enterprise customers in China, while supporting broader strategic accounts across APAC. As the primary owner of these relationships, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensure fal’s infrastructure remains central to each customer’s generative media initiatives.

This role requires a highly independent operator who is comfortable working across time zones, thriving in a fast-paced industry, and acting as fal’s frontline presence in the region. You will collaborate closely with global sales, engineering, product, and customer success teams while helping lay the foundation for fal’s long-term enterprise expansion in APAC.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers across China and the broader APAC region.
Act as Fal.ai’s first GTM representative in APAC, helping establish regional account strategies, operating rhythms, and customer engagement best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Develop and execute account plans focused on expansion, increased platform adoption, and consumption-based revenue growth.
Partner closely with engineering and product teams to scope, design, and deliver complex, high-impact customer solutions.
Operate with a high degree of responsiveness and accountability, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams across global time zones.
Own and exceed a consumption-based revenue target, maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting.
Lead customer engagements including QBRs, executive briefings, and regional or on-site meetings as needed.
Analyze account usage and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Stay informed on developments in AI and Generative Media to shape customer strategy and provide actionable product feedback.

What You’ll Bring

Fluency in Mandarin and English (required) with the ability to conduct professional, business-level conversations in both languages.
6+ years of experience managing enterprise customers selling to software developers, engineering, or data teams.
Proven success managing $10M+ annual revenue portfolios and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally as an early regional or GTM hire.
Strong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
Experience engaging directly with senior executives and navigating large, global organizations.
Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through, with a strong bias toward responsiveness.
Comfort working remotely with distributed teams across APAC, the US, and other regions.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
