1+ years of experience in finance, fintech, consulting or venture capital

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through both inbound qualification and outbound outreach
Qualify leads using a consultative approach to uncover pain points and match them with Baselayer’s solutions
Expand the sales pipeline by executing both warm and cold outbound campaigns
Conduct research to identify potential clients and add them to the outreach list
Work directly with CEO and co-founders to scale the business

$75k – $95k, Plus Commission | Equity: 0.05% – 0.25%
