Amazon Web Services (AWS) internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks starting in June 2026.

As an HRLDP intern, you will work on a challenging and high-visibility project on one of the following teams: Builder Experience Team, Talent & Development, Talent Research, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning & Analytics, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E), or one of our HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior HR leaders, receive mentorship and sponsorship, and build a network of peers, HRLDP alumni, and leaders.

A day in the life
• This position will be located at Amazon’s London Offices. Successful applicants will be expected to relocate to their team location upon starting at Amazon.
• Role and team placement are based on business needs and as Amazon continues to grow and flex, we are looking for candidates who want to own, build and impact the customer experience rather than are tied to a specific role or team.
• Internship dates will be between June and August 2026 for a full-time, 12-week consecutive internship.
