Our work combines the art of curation and personalization with sophisticated data science and machine learning algorithms. We shape the Prime Video experience through personalized recommendations powered by advanced relevance models, and deep insights into viewer behavior.

As a Senior Manager, ML Infrastructure, you will lead multiple engineering teams to define the vision, strategy, and execution plan for ML infrastructure stack and deliver highly extensible systems that fuel personalized discovery at global scale. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, architecting infrastructure that dramatically improves the agility, usability, and extensibility of our ML solutions. Your technical leadership will shape the future of AI/ML across Prime Video, unlocking generative and predictive models that personalize content for hundreds of millions of viewers worldwide.

Your day will involve partnering with scientists and product managers to streamline the model development lifecycle from research to production, building ML infrastructure and establishing MLOps practices that enables rapid experimentation and deployment of AI/ML models.
