As a Senior Product Manager-Tech, you will help build a product roadmap and a coherent customer experience across an array of applications. You will work closely with software and hardware engineering teams, program managers, user experience designers, sales & marketing , and with other internal Amazon product stakeholders across the company, as well as with Key’s external network of partners & customers. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, and who is sensitive to the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences. The ideal candidate has a passion for access control combined with an established track record delivering break-out hardware & software experiences.

Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product roadmap and execution plan
Define the long-term strategy and vision for customers (including new hardware)
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities
Analyze market trends & customer feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points and feature improvement opportunities
Build innovative concepts and successfully champion them through senior management and other teams
Drive requirement definition and design
Define and own the business metrics and KPIs for our products and services
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing/ supply chain for hardware for optimizing costs and inventory
