This role will be responsible for managing the High Consideration & Technical Products program, which is an EU Stores Big Bet. This involves working with Retail, Tech, Ops and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an ambitious roadmap.

Co-create the HCTP 3YR strategic plan.
Define the output and input goals at program and workstream level to deliver against this plan.
Create and run the HCTP mechanisms to audit progress again the goals.
Maintain the HCTP product universe leveraging ML models and business insights.
Work with EU benchmarking and other customer insight partners to identify pain-points and track progress to address them.
Work with initiative leads to progress key workstreams, covering Customer Experience, Marketing, Affordability, Buying and Pricing, Secure Supply Chain, and High ASP FBA.
Influence partners team that the program depends on, including INTech, CETTech and SCOT.
Oversee the OP1 planning process to secure the resourcing required to deliver the program goals.
Manage HCTP QBRs and MBRs.
Communicate the program to internal and external stakeholders.

A day in the life
Assess customer and vendor metrics and anecdotes to identify opportunities.
Review output and inputs metrics to audit progress vs. goals.
Meet with work-stream leads to understand status vs. the plan, identify any issues and how to unblock them.
Meet with partner teams who are supporting the program to advance the HCTP agenda.
Run HCTP program meetings (QBR, MBR) to communicate progress to key stakeholders and raise any requests for support.
Run sync with US/JP HCTP teams to share learnings and align on global initiatives.
Update the program roadmap to reflect latest status vs. plan.

About the team
he HCTP program team is cross functional, including representatives from CX, Marketing, Affordability, Concessions and FBA.
The team is spread across EU and the program has close links with US and JP stakeholders.
