As the European Innovation Hub Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team of engineers in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment that sits at the intersection of customer experience, sustainability, and technological advancement. A day in the life
- Develop and implement the hub's strategic vision and business plan
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Drive the development of innovative solutions and research programs
- Manage the hub's budget, financials and operational KPIs
- Oversee facility operations and experience design
- Oversee lab operations including equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and testing procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for lab processes and test methodologies
- Represent the Lab capabilities both internally and externally
